Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2–4 business days. You will receive an email confirmation with tracking once your order has shipped.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
Most U.S. orders arrive within 3–7 business days after dispatch.
Order Changes
Once an order is placed, we cannot guarantee changes or cancellations. Please contact us as soon as possible at hello@doveaegis.com and we will try our best to help.
Lost or Delayed Packages
Once an order is shipped, delivery is handled by the carrier (USPS/UPS). Dove & Aegis is not responsible for delays, lost, or stolen packages.
For issues, please file a claim directly with the carrier.
Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged, email us within 48 hours (photos required) and we will make it right.
For hygiene and safety reasons, all sales are final.
We do not accept returns or exchanges on cuticle oils, skincare items, or beauty products.
Exceptions
We will replace an item if it arrives:
•damaged
•leaking
•defective
•incorrect
To request a replacement, email hello@doveaegis.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue.
Refunds
Refunds are only issued in rare cases where a product is out of stock or a replacement is unavailable.
